Plan the little things - decision fatigue is real. It's when the quality of your decision deteriorates over time because your mind is doing a lot of thinking. Notice how it's harder to work out at night than in the morning? Or, how easy it is to forego plans of not drinking because of peer pressure? That's decision fatigue.
