The Unhealthy Habits of The Quarantine

Lockdowns are getting lifted or eased, cities are reopening, and restrictions are beginning to relax. Many people are starting to feel they can glimpse a return to normal, no matter how slow or partial it may come.

As we try and make an effort to go back to the life we once knew before the pandemic, we are hit with one truth. The quarantine has changed us.

There's no denying that the pandemic took most of us for an emotional ride. So many things drastically changed within weeks, and then suddenly it felt like nothing was happening. We ate our way to forget stressful news, we binge-watched shows to fill our days, and we did dance challenges to entertain ourselves (and hopefully others).

We're not the only ones who have fallen victim to the pandemic, our habits also have taken a hit. Almost unnoticeably, there are bad habits who have crept in and overpowered your good ones.

Of course, it's not anyone's fault. At the height of the pandemic, we have all been blasted with uncertainty and chaos. In trying to make sense of what was happening, we may have allowed little changes in the way we lived our lives. As things are slightly calming down, have you noticed the changes in your lifestyle? Today we list down a few unhealthy habits you may have picked up during quarantine. You may not realize it yet, but go through this list and reflect upon yourself if this is something you need to address immediately before it becomes difficult!
