Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are only possible 48-72 hours after the purchase has been made. Please return your voucher to BWG Lifestyle. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order. Non-refundable vouchers can be rebooked for any date up until the expiry date of the voucher.
