Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are only possible 48-72 hours after the purchase has been made. Please return your voucher to BWG Lifestyle. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order. Refunds are not available for vouchers purchased after 5 November 2020 which have subsequently been redeemed with a closed hotel. Non-refundable vouchers can be rebooked for any date up until the expiry date of the voucher.

No cancellations or changes once redeemed. Refunds cannot be issued once you have registered or booked a date with the experience provider.
