You’re free to use all of the spa’s facilities in between your arrival, treatment and dinner. You can choose your 25 minute treatment from a muscle melt massage, foot soak and massage, express manicure or express pedicure and whichever treatment you decide to go with you’ll head to the restaurant feeling positively refreshed.

This award-winning restaurant offers a fine dining experience overlooking the hotel gardens and the south downs national park. With a menu featuring refined french influences and locally sourced ingredients, you’re sure of an exquisite meal.

On arrival at the Hotel & Spa at 16:30 you’ll be greeted at reception by one of the friendly staff before being shown around the facilities and where to go for your pre-booked spa treatment, as well as getting a tasty welcome glass of bubbly to enjoy in the spa hot tub.

Between your arrival and dinner you’ll have full access to the spa’s superb facilities (including indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, hot tub, fitness suite, relaxation area, sauna, walk-through rainforest shower and more), so you’ll be able to do as much or as little as you like during your time there.

After using the facilities and receiving your treatment you’ll get to enjoy a delicious two-course meal at the hotel’s award-winning restaurant, so you’ll leave the Hotel & Spa relaxed and ready to head home to bed.

Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are only possible 48-72 hours after the purchase has been made. Please return your voucher to BWG Lifestyle. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order.

No cancellation; reservations made within cancellation window are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged total rate.

Refunds cannot be issued once you have registered or booked a date with the experience provider. No cancellations or changes once redeemed.

Validity

This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
