You will be taken out into the vineyards to a visit to a small, family-run Grand Cru Champagne House for a tour of the fascinating Champagne-making process from press to bottle and the opportunity to taste their Champagnes. You will also be taken to the beautiful village of Hautvillers, where Dom Pérignon lived and is buried. Here, you will enjoy a comparative tasting session of three single varietal Champagnes, accompanied by platters of gourmet local delicacies and cheeses.
