During the course of the day you will firstly visit a small boutique Champagne House, for a full tour of their estate and cellars, with tastings of at least three Champagnes.. You will then be taken to the beautiful hilltop village of Hautvillers, where Dom Pérignon lived and is buried. Here, you will enjoy a comparative tasting session of three single varietal Champagnes, accompanied by a platter of gourmet delicacies and local cheeses.
